At Embassy Covenant Church International, under the leadership of Apostle Hugh Daniel Smith, she serves as Lead Intercessor, providing spiritual oversight in intercessory prayer. She also serves within the Company of Prophets and the Presbytery, contributing to prophetic governance, spiritual discernment, and the Kingdom mandate of Embassy Nation.
As Founder and CEO of Kingdom Governance, a faith-based human capital and organizational advisory firm, Marlena bridges biblical principles and proven HR practice to help purpose-driven institutions strengthen their leadership, culture, and governance. She builds the structures they need to carry out their mission with excellence.
